My "don't do list" for my
ADHD brain

Everything we do in life is because of how we feel…or how we think we will feel. Our brains are like toddlers at the top of a mountain – if we don’t guide them they will walk right off the edge of the cliff. If we don’t guide our minds they will seek pleasure, they will desire to do things that make us feel good, and let’s be honest, not everything along the way to our goals FEELS GOOD!

Just because its not January 1st – you can resolve in yourself to be whoever you desire to be! One SIMPLE thing you can do today and write your “HAPPY LIST”. What are the things that you can do to nourish your happiness (not pleasure people! I will do a video on the difference between PLEASURE and HAPPINESS this in a couple of weeks). What creates happiness in your life that doesn’t hurt you on the other side of it…not a box of donuts people!
