Choosing a life, both chasing our dreams and staying connected can be a challenge and can create obstacles that others don't always get...sometimes it feels like I don't always get!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We don't always have the answers to what life throws our way, but we do have the ability to choose what we focus on, what we have...instead of what we don't, what we can change...not what we can't, and who we want to show up as in life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Now that I’ve been a coach for just under 5 years, sometimes I can feel a little "underwhelmed" and "overwhelmed" with the more mundane aspects of what I do, hence why I brought Hannah, my virtual assistant on board!! Yippee!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Now I have more time to focus on recharging my business. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here’s the number one way I recharge my business: rebrand with someone who specializes in connecting me with my heart, my why, and my purpose in this world. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Many people assume I am a life coach because I am "naturally" a positive person that loves to love people. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Although that is one BIG reason, I really do what I do because it allows me to take time to do what really matters to my own brain health, like cuddles with my dogs, sitting outside working while enjoying the sunshine and being able to take the breaks I need when my brain decides to shut down.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Working in the beauty industry for 18 years...let's just say slowing down, taking breaks, essential self care and attention was not the first thing on my list!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There are a million reasons why I love my job, but this is what really lights me up because slowing down and getting to know myself, listening to that still small whisper inside of me (that we often ignore, even when we just have to take a pee!) and living a life that I chose and design daily is the best way I have found to live. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I love this quote because I lived the majority of my life listening to the sentence in my head "you can't do it", and struggled with feeling less than and believing this story ever since I was young. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
